Know Where Production Really Stands

Track multi-stage production progress, give workers a simple way to report completed work, keep managers in control, and share selected progress safely with customers.

The problem: progress knowledge is scattered

When production progress lives in too many places, every question takes a phone call, and every answer is someone’s memory of the last update.

Fragmented knowledge

Progress lives across systems, messages and people — in different formats and different versions.

Customers wait for updates

Status is collected manually, and customers see whatever someone has time to send.

Unclear evidence

There is little durable evidence of what actually happened, when, and who confirmed it.

Too much internal detail

External stakeholders see either everything or nothing, because internal and external views are not separated.

The product: one trusted home for production progress

Manager Mike structures the production journey so that progress is recorded once, verified explicitly, and shared deliberately.

  1. 1Work happens — the production flow runs stage by stage.
  2. 2Progress is recorded — workers confirm completed steps as work is done.
  3. 3Required checks are performed — completion, checks and manager confirmation stay distinguishable.
  4. 4Exceptions are resolved — unclear or failed progress becomes an explicit item to resolve.
  5. 5Progress becomes trustworthy — the history is durable and reviewable.
  6. 6Approved information is shared safely — customers see approved progress, never internal detail.

Three perspectives, one system

Each role gets the experience it needs — browser-first, on desktop or mobile where appropriate.

Worker

A simple active-work experience

Workers see their current work and confirm progress without learning the whole system.

Manager / Admin

Control, verification, publishing

Managers define the flow, run checks, resolve exceptions and decide what is published.

Customer / Viewer

Customer-safe visibility

Customers see only approved progress that was deliberately shared with them.

Core capabilities

Progress Passport

Every meaningful production journey leaves a durable progress history.

Visibility Firewall

Internal production reality stays separate from what is deliberately shared externally.

Resolution Cards

Exceptions and unclear progress become explicit items that can be resolved — not silent gaps.

Industrial Progress Playbooks

Reusable production progress structures and templates for consistent runs.

Verified progress

Worker completion, required checks and manager confirmation remain distinguishable.

Audit trail

Progress history is durable and reviewable — after the fact, by the people who need it.

How it works

  1. Structure the work. Define the production flow using playbooks and stages.
  2. Record progress. Workers confirm completed steps as work happens.
  3. Verify and resolve. Checks run; exceptions become resolution cards.
  4. Publish safely. Approved progress becomes visible to the customer.
  5. Keep the trail. Everything stays durable and reviewable.

Deployment and access

Current availability

Active development

Manager Mike is progressing toward commercial readiness between autumn 2026 and spring 2027. Founding Partner discussions are open for early manufacturing organizations.

Independent Development and Early Licensing

Manager Mike is currently independently developed and operated by a private individual in Finland. Initial Manager Mike licences are contracted and licensed directly by the developer during the product’s early commercial stage.

As commercial operations expand, the operating structure may be formalised accordingly.

Customers dealing with Manager Mike during this stage will be informed clearly of the contracting party and applicable commercial terms before entering into any licence agreement.

Founding Partner Program

Bring Manager Mike into a real production environment early.

Manager Mike is progressing toward broader commercial readiness between autumn 2026 and spring 2027. We are looking for early manufacturing partners willing to validate the product against genuine production-progress needs.

Suitable organizations include small and mid-sized manufacturers, subcontractors, machine shops, and production organizations with a real need for trustworthy progress visibility.

Standard commercial starting point

Approximately €1,500–€2,000 per year for one production deployment / site. The licence is deployment-based: unlimited authorised users, supported roles and supported browser/PWA devices within that licensed deployment, subject to technical capacity, access-control policy and agreed deployment scope. Additional deployments or sites are licensed separately.

80% Founding partner discount for the first 3 years Selected early partners

Indicative founding-partner starting price

€300–€400 per year for the first three years, one production deployment.

Indicative only — actual deployment scope, integration work and support are agreed privately. Custom integrations, development and expanded support are scoped separately.

Founding partners may also qualify for continuing partner benefits beyond the initial discounted period. Detailed eligibility and contractual terms are agreed privately.
