MeritProof preserves who made the decision, what they approved and what the decision was based on. Every decision state stays visible — including the difficult ones.

Evidence-backed readiness

Evidence entering MeritProof does not automatically become trusted evidence. Evidence retains its origin, verification state and validity information. Expired or unverified evidence cannot silently support a current readiness conclusion.

Understand your dependencies

Readiness rarely exists in isolation. MeritProof can represent critical dependencies between requirements, services, resources, organisations and capabilities so that decision-makers can understand what their readiness conclusion actually relies upon.

Stress-test readiness without changing operational truth

The Exercise / Stress Test capability allows organisations to evaluate hypothetical disruptions against the same readiness model used for current readiness. For example: what happens if power is unavailable? What happens if a communications dependency fails? What happens if a participating organisation or critical resource becomes unavailable? Exercise results remain explicitly separate from live readiness.

Current commercial status

MeritProof is currently an independently developed software product based in Finland. During the initial Founding Customer phase, MeritProof is developed and offered directly by its independent developer. A dedicated commercial entity is intended to be established as commercial operations and the customer base develop.

Early customers will receive clear contractual terms identifying the contracting party, applicable licensing terms, support scope, deployment responsibilities and commercial conditions before entering into any agreement.

MeritProof does not represent itself as a larger organisation than it currently is. The objective of the Founding Customer phase is to establish the product through transparent, direct cooperation with the first organisations that choose to adopt it.
